Founded in the year 2005, ORIGINAL CLASSIC HOLDINGS set up its first outlet at Berjaya Times Square in Malaysia. Starting out as a back-end operation in Malaysia’s sport footwear and apparel industry, we provided merchandising, trading and supplying to retailers and distributors.

We will work towards constant improvement of business processes in order to offer our customers greater value, and provide the best service possible.
IT Support & Management
- Assist in managing and maintaining IT systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.
- Support the implementation of IT strategies and technology improvements aligned with business objectives.
- Help manage IT vendors, software licenses, and procurement within budgetary guidelines.
- Provide advanced‑level technical support and serve as an escalation point for IT issues.
Systems & AI Project Support
- Support and administer core business systems (accounting, project management, CRM, etc.).
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI tools to reduce manual effort and improve reporting.
- Assist in system integrations, upgrades, and new implementations to ensure minimal business disruption.
Infrastructure, Security & Compliance
- Execute data backup, disaster recovery procedures, and ensure system availability.
- Help implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and assets.
- Support compliance with PDPA, data privacy regulations, and internal IT policies.
Data & Reporting Assistance
- Support the development and maintenance of management dashboards and reports.
- Help improve data accuracy and accessibility to enable effective analytics.
- Assist in monitoring the performance and benefits of digital initiatives.
Event & Operational Support
- Lead IT setup and support for corporate events, meetings, and site offices, including audio‑visual and network requirements.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff and coordinate with external vendors.
- Work closely with department heads to understand needs and help deliver effective IT solutions.
- Act as a reliable technology liaison between the IT department and business users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2‑3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Experience in retail operation related industries is advantageous.
- Solid hands‑on knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity principles.
- Interest or exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation projects is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Strong technical proficiency with a service‑oriented approach.
- Ability to execute plans and manage operational tasks effectively.
- Developing business acumen and a solution‑focused mindset.
- Basic understanding of data analytics and emerging technologies.
