Join our IT operations team as an IT Asset Coordinator where you'll be the guardian of our entire IT asset inventory. You’ll manage the IT store, track assets through their full lifecycle, and ensure every piece of equipment is accounted for—especially during staff movements and organizational changes.
What’s In It For You
- Competitive Salary: RM 6,000 – 9,000 per month (Max SGD 3k) based in Singapore
What You’ll Do
- Maintain Accurate Asset Inventory: Manage the IT store and keep real-time, up-to-date records of all IT assets including laptops, monitors, mobile devices, tokens, docking stations, and external drives—especially during staff onboarding, movements, and exits.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Verify that all IT service tickets, asset records, and asset management data are current, complete, and accurate to support analysis and informed decision-making.
- Coordinate Asset Allocation & Movement: Process asset requests, allocate IT assets based on approved requirements, and coordinate the collection, movement, and tracking of equipment ensuring nothing gets lost in transition.
- Build & Maintain Asset Hierarchies: Create and update consistent location and asset hierarchies for all new and existing assets, maintaining organized systems that enable quick asset lookup and reporting.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with HR, department heads, and IT teams to ensure asset specifications and attributes are accurately recorded, tracked in the database, and aligned with organizational needs.
What You’ll Need
- Must-Have: 1+ years hands-on experience in asset management, inventory control, or IT store management—responsible for tracking physical IT assets, not just general admin work.
