Job summary

A leading technology firm in Malaysia is seeking a Document Control Executive to manage document control procedures and ensure compliance with ISO requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a document control or quality system role, with strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include overseeing document lifecycles, coordinating with various departments for compliance, and supporting internal and external audits. Proficiency in MS Office and experience in a manufacturing environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Document Control or Quality System roles.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015 documentation.
• Strong understanding of Documented Information and SOP structures.

Responsibilities

• Implement Document & Record Control procedures per ISO requirements.
• Manage document lifecycle including creation, review, approval, and distribution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments on document preparation and compliance.
