The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with standards, manage personnel, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include developing quality management systems, leading staff training, and optimizing workflows. Candidates should have a relevant degree and minimum 2 years of laboratory management experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory management role.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 17025 accreditation and compliance.
• Experience with audits and corrective action processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure compliance with ISO 17025.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
• Lead and train laboratory staff on testing and calibration.
