Job summary

A leading multinational conglomerate in Genting Highlands seeks an HR Assistant Manager specializing in Industrial Relations. The role involves formulating policies, guiding teams, and handling grievances while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Industrial Relations or as HR Generalist.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and related labour law.
  • Ability to address employee discipline independently.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and review IR policies to promote industrial harmony.
  • Guide diverse teams in managing grievances and disputes.
  • Serve as Company’s representative in Industrial/Labour Court.
