Perwira Energy Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled IP Core Expert to join our dynamic Telecommunications team based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining cutting-edge IP core technologies that drive our innovative telecommunications solutions.

What you’ll be doing

• Design, develop and optimise IP core components and systems to meet the evolving needs of our telecommunications products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IP core technologies into our telecommunications infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IP core-related issues, ensuring maximum uptime and performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in IP core technologies and trends in the Telecommunications industry
• Contribute to the development of new IP core-based solutions and enhancements to existing offerings
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team

Requirement:

Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Enterprise Business leadership, product and solution management, and enterprise customer engagement.

Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic growth in Enterprise Business.

Deep understanding of network technologies including cloud, AI, cybersecurity, SD-WAN, 5G, IoT, IP-MPLS, routing protocols, FWA etc.

Expertise in product lifecycle management, solution sales, and customer-centric innovation.

Experience with IP core hardware design, simulation, and validation

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with customer executives and vendors.

Ability to lead complex network execution and influence customer decisions.

Familiarity with regulatory and competitive landscapes in the ICT domain.

Partner with internal stakeholders on all the initiatives and solutioning related to network solutions requirements for projects/ products, develop architecture, develop high level design, and provide guidance principles during solution deployment to internal teams

Develop network solution architectural frameworks/patterns, processes, standards and guidelines related to systems, business, data and network architecture.

Manage and develop the architecture for a broader scope of projects, working closely with product architects, platform architects and other solution architects that manage and design architecture for a single project or initiative

Define the principles, guidelines, standards and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise customer’s future-state architecture vision

Develop specific areas of expertise in addition to maintaining broad product skills and keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competing/complimentary products.

Develop deep and strong customer relationships and become customers’ trusted advisor.

Develop cross-domains unsolicited and tender proposals as respond to Customer’s business and technical requirements.

Propose and demonstrate customer suite of products and solutions through using demo’s, white boarding, presentations, written proposals etc.

Conduct, manage, and lead customer pilots or “proof-of-concepts”.

Jointly develop networking solutions enablement activities, follow through on personal technical development plan and certifications.
