A regional hardware company in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a responsible individual for invoicing and clerical duties. The candidate should have at least an SPM qualification, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, verifying billing details, and assisting with general administrative tasks. Attention to detail and self-motivation are essential. Basic Chinese speaking skills are a plus for communication in this role.
Handle daily invoicing tasks including preparing, issuing, and recording invoices.
Verify billing details, customer information, and transaction records for accuracy.
Assist in data entry and filing of accounting documents.
Maintain proper record-keeping for invoices, receipts, and related documentation.
Liaise with sales, accounts, and customers regarding invoice matters.
Support general administrative tasks as needed (photocopying, mailing, etc.).
Ensure timely completion of invoicing to meet company deadlines.
Monitor and update invoice logs to support monthly reporting.
At least SPM or equivalent qualification.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
Experience in invoicing, billing, or clerical work will be an added advantage.
Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Willing to learn and able to adapt to fast-paced environment.
Basic Chinese speaking skill is an advantage
