What you'll be doing?
  • Operational Leadership: Take charge of daily execution and ensure all deals are completed on time and within the agreed terms.
  • End-to-End Financing: Manage client funding requests, prepare approval packs, and handle payment processing with precision.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders, explaining processes, and ensuring smooth deal progression.
  • Financial Tracking: Maintain accurate records, perform reconciliations, and prepare weekly dashboards for management.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and refine standard operating procedures, checklists, and templates to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with finance teams, brokers, and legal counsel to expedite deal closures.
  • Support Origination: Assist in evaluating new investment opportunities and maintaining CRM for issuer and intermediary communications.
