A logistic company in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operation - Stock Management Executive to oversee the warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with procurement teams. The successful candidate will need a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Warehouse Management, experience in the logistics industry, and proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. This role also requires hands-on expertise in warehouse systems and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years related working experience in the Warehouse/Logistic industry is an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse inbound and outbound flow, ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and monthly stock with the warehouse team.
• Work closely with Procurement Lead to prepare monthly stock forecasts based on sales trends.

Skills

Hands-on expertise in supply chain processes

Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia

Ability to work independently

Education

Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Warehouse management or related field
