Job summary

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in initiatives aimed at improving inventory flow and overall stock efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including quantities, locations and item details.
  • Work with relevant teams to support optimization plans and ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage items identified for internal movement or external sale as part of ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Engage with buyers, suppliers and trading partners to facilitate inquiries and opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations, share item lists and participate in price discussions when required.
  • Work closely with Procurement to understand product information, cost structures and sourcing background.
  • Coordinate with the Store/Warehouse team to verify stock details, readiness and packing arrangements.
  • Liaise with Logistics for dispatch planning, shipment scheduling and delivery coordination.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory activities, movement status and optimization progress.
  • Maintain proper documentation to meet audit and compliance requirements.
  • Update internal systems to reflect the latest information and completed transactions.
  • Research and expand networks of potential buyers, suppliers and trading partners.
  • Explore new channels that can support ongoing optimization plans.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and pricing to aid decision‑making.
  • Provide suggestions to enhance the efficiency of inventory‑related processes.
  • Support projects that strengthen stock management and overall operational performance.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Fresh graduate or candidate without related experience are welcome to apply; training, as training and guidance will be provided.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with external business partners.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
  • Good coordination skills when working with cross‑functional teams.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Mandarin will be a plus point, as this role will need to communicate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking suppliers (spoken and written).
