Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year work experience required.
  • Detail-oriented and careful in handling items.
  • Good attitude, polite and able to follow instructions.
  • Physically fit for hands-on tasks.
  • Basic understanding of stock handling or packing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily stock arrangement (receiving, checking, organizing).
  • Pack customer orders neatly and accurately.
  • Perform stock checking and help maintain stock records.
  • Ensure storeroom area is tidy and well-organized.
  • Support in stock take activities and labeling/tagging items.
  • Report any damaged or missing stock to the supervisor.
  • Follow supervisor’s instructions and company SOP.

If you’re someone who enjoys keeping things in order, is comfortable with hands‑on tasks, and wants to build a career in supply chain and inventory management, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements
  • Minimum education: Diploma and above
  • Language(s) Required: English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Mandarin Speaker is preferable to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Required skills: Inventory Management, Supply Chain Optimization, Process Improvement, Quality Control, SQL, Stock Management, Data Analysis
  • Minimum 1 year work experience
  • Detail-oriented and careful in handling items

  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Physically fit and okay with hands‑on tasks
  • Basic understanding of stock handling or packing is an advantage
  • Able to utilise SQL software
  • Able to start work immediately is a bonus
