Job Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Create visual presentations using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop and other design software
• Prepare interior design layouts, drawings, and specifications
• Propose suitable color schemes, materials, textures, and finishes
• Produce detailed renderings and visualisations
• Work closely with project managers and team members to meet project timelines and budgets
• Review design details to ensure quality and consistency
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and new technologies
• Manage multiple projects and perform well under tight deadlines

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field
• Relevant experience in interior design is an advantage
• Strong design sense with good eye for colour, composition, and layout
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and others
• Good communication skills to present ideas clearly to clients and team
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Languages: English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Must possess own transport and able to travel to site when required
