Interior Designer AutoCAD, SketchUp & 3D Drafter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Interior Designer who is skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D drafting. You will collaborate with our design team to develop space plans, produce technical drawings, and create 3D visualisations that help homeowners clearly understand their renovation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate 2D drawings using AutoCAD, including space planning, detailed carpentry drawings, and construction documentation.
• Create 3D models, perspectives and visualisations using SketchUp or other relevant software.
• Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.
• Prepare technical drawings for ID proposals, quotations, and renovation submissions.
• Update drawings promptly based on client feedback and project changes.

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic 3D rendering tools (V-Ray, Enscape, or similar is a bonus).
• Strong understanding of interior design, space planning, and construction materials.
• Ability to produce clean, accurate and detailed drawings.
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Responsible, organised, and able to meet timelines.
• Experience in residential renovation (HDB/Condo/Landed) is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Singapore renovation standards and authority requirements.
• A creative eye with strong attention to detail. Fast and efficient reply and done the job.
