Job summary

What You'll Be Doing:

• Able to generate innovative, creative and trendy designs in accordance to the client’s requirements and budget.
• To prepare proposal drawings for design presentations and detailed drawings for confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Coordinate between client and all internal departments to ensure smooth progress and handover of the project.
• To undertake any responsibilities assigned by superiors or management of the company.
• To complete tasks given with excellent time management skills and able to meet tight deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma or degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin language to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficient in AUTOCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp or similar design software.
• Min 1 year of working experience in Interior Design related industries. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
