Job description

As the Interior Designer, you will design and makeover our units. Your work will directly impact the living experience for the homeowners and future tenants. We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us!

What You’ll Do

• Develop design concepts including space planning, mood boards, material selection, and sketches
• Refine designs based on client feedback and requirements while managing expectations related to the design and makeover strategy
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and technical drawings
• Source for materials, furniture, and decorations in line with project budgets
• Conduct site visits to take measurements, monitor progress, and ensure design accuracy
• Liaise and collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Coordinate final decor styling, quality checks, and photography prior to project handover
• Research and stay updated on design trends, materials, and technical aspects to support design development

Who You Are

• Proficiency in Coohom is a plus!
• Background in interior design, interior architecture, or other artistic disciplines
• Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus!
• Commitment and passion for interior design
• Have your own car
