• Assist in the development of space planning concepts, furniture layouts, and interior design schemes using AutoCAD and SketchUp, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
• Create detailed 3D visualizations and renderings using 3ds Max to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for interior finishes, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in site visits and surveys to gather information on existing conditions and constraints, and assist in the preparation of site reports and documentation.
• Support the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings, considering factors such as budget, durability, and aesthetic suitability, and maintain a comprehensive library of resources.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure clear understanding and smooth project execution.
