We specialize in residential, retail, and small commercial spaces. We emphasize practical and buildable design, standardized construction, and controlled budgets, aiming to deliver high-quality and cost-effective turnkey renovation solutions for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand design requirements, including budget, functionality, and style preferences
• Space planning and layout design
• 3D visualizations
• Material selection and color schemes
• Prepare and refine construction drawings (AutoCAD / layout / detail drawings)
• Coordinate closely with the construction team and project managers to ensure smooth project execution
• Assist clients with material selection (flooring, cabinetry, lighting, hardware, etc.)
• Participate in site meetings and make design adjustments based on project progress
• Organize design documentation and present proposals to clients

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant interior design experience (residential or commercial projects preferred)
• Proficient in the following software: AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max, V‑Ray or Enscape (a plus)
• Basic understanding of space planning, materials, and construction methods
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise independently with clients
• Responsible, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing time and project follow‑ups
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred (Malay language skills are a plus)
