Job description

We are looking for an experienced Interior Design Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is commission / profit-sharing based and suitable for motivated individuals with prior sales experience in the interior design or renovation industry. You will be responsible for managing client enquiries, closing projects, and building long-term client relationships across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

Job Scope

• Handle client enquiries and arrange site visits / meetings
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with designers to prepare layout plans and mood boards, delivering tailored design & renovation proposals to clients
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients until deal closure
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth handover
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct basic market feedback and competitor awareness
• Company leads will be provided; candidates are encouraged to source their own leads and potential customers

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in Interior Design / Renovation industry (must have)
• Based in Kuala Lumpur / Selangor
• Possess own transport
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and responsible
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of renovation workflow is an advantage
