We are an established Interior Design and Renovation company with branches in Subang Jaya SS15 and Elmina Shah Alam, specializing in residential projects. We are now seeking for candidates who are capable, well qualified, motivated and committed to long term career prospect for the following position:

INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTANT ( SALES DESIGNER )

Selangor - Elmina Shah Alam outlet ( 2 vacancies )

Responsibilities:

Prepare layout plans and 3D drawings.

Good space planning, good design flair and knowledge in residential projects.

Performs any other duty as assigned by management.

Work closely with clients to ensure that all information necessary for the successful production of the design elements is clearly understood.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design OR Architecture.

Required skill(s): Kujiale, AiHouse, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Fresh graduates are also welcome.

Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya SS15 or Elmina Shah Alam.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint.

Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Able to meet deadlines, confident and ability to work with minimum supervision.

Possess positive attitude, honest, have good communication skill and strong problem solving skill.
