We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interface Support Specialist to join our global IT HR team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of HR systems and integrations, addressing interface-related issues, and collaborating across teams to optimize system performance globally. As part of the IT HR team, you will play a key role in managing support tickets, troubleshooting system connectivity challenges, and enhancing data flows between HR platforms. Your Role
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR system interfaces, data flows, and integrations
  • Monitor interface activity to ensure system connectivity and proactively address performance issues
  • Manage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborate with global IT teams, HR stakeholders, and vendors to investigate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes and resolutions to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users to ensure optimal use of HR system functionalities
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field with equivalent work experience
  • Have experience in system integrations and resolving interface-related issues
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT operations
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Basic understanding of file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP), APIs, or data flow processes
  • Experience with basic scripting is a plus
  • Prior experience supporting HR systems or global IT environments (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) is a strong advantage

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
