Our Global System Assurance team is seeking for the Interface Manager. IM plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating all technical interfaces across multiple stakeholders involved in complex subsea oil and gas projects. This role ensures seamless integration of engineering, construction, and commissioning activities within a consortium framework, while maintaining transparency, mitigating risks, and safeguarding project timelines and budgets.

Responsible for developing, maintaining and delivering across project lifetime a safe and process-compliant interface management roadmap across the engineering groups and external customers.

As a Interface Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Manage Interfaces: Develop and maintain interface registers, matrices, and management plans to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Coordinate & Communicate: Facilitate meetings and workshops, acting as the central contact for interface queries and conflict resolution.
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify interface risks early, monitor dependencies, and support change impact analysis and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure Technical Alignment: Support to product groups on engineering documents validation and maintain consistency across subsea systems (SURF, SPS, topside, installation).
  • Promote Transparency: Drive open, proactive communication and ensure consistent messaging and documentation among all stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Structural, or Subsea).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering with a significant portion of offshore/subsea oil and gas projects.
  • Proven experience in managing interfaces in medium/large-scale subsea projects. Familiarity with interface management tools and platforms (e.g., interface registers, dashboards).
  • Ability to perform effectively under high-pressure conditions and tight deadlines.
