About the role

At Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, we work with trusted Insurance Partners, external insurance companies, in countries where we don’t have local servicing capabilities. These partners help us serve our global clients wherever they operate, issuing policies and managing claims.

As an Insurance Partner Associate, you will be supporting the delivery of international insurance programs for large corporate clients.

This is a dynamic, cross‑functional role ideal for someone who enjoys communication, problem‑solving, and working in an international environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • You’ll support the process of issuing local insurance quotations, policies and invoices, using our internal systems for your own portfolio.
  • You’ll perform quality checks to make sure all policies are accurate and delivered on time to meet client expectations.
  • You’ll monitor and support the collection of payments from our local partners, ensuring everything is processed correctly and on schedule.
  • You’ll gather and document useful information about our partners or market specifics that affect our services.
  • You’ll contribute to improving our processes by creating and updating clear guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures.

About the Team

Swiss Re’s International Program Services Team plays a key role in delivering insurance solutions to global clients with operations across multiple countries. Our team is based in Bratislava, Kuala Lumpur and Mexico DF, ensuring closeness to our network partners and making sure everything runs smoothly from policy quotation to premium collection.

About you

  • Proficient in Business English AND Spanish
  • Able to build and maintain effective relations in a multi‑cultural environment
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to negotiate
  • Are goal‑oriented and willing to continuously learn and improve
  • You can balance multiple priorities, work independently as well as a part of the team and deliver high‑quality results under pressure

Additional assets:

  • Prior internship or professional experience in Operations, Finance, International Business is a plus
  • Previous experience in re/insurance

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between 1400 EUR and 2,300 EUR per month (for a full‑time role). The specific salary offered considers:

  • the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
  • the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance‑based bonus.
