The successful candidate will analyze business processes, define workflows, and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective platform configuration. Applicants should have over 8 years in the Life Insurance domain and experience with insurance core projects. Strong analytical and documentation skills are essential. Qualifications

  • Analyse current and target-state business processes for Life Insurance operations.
  • Define business rules, workflows, and product structures for system configuration.
  • Collaborate with eBao and partner teams to validate configurations.
  • Support requirement walkthroughs, test case reviews, and UAT execution.
  • Participate in data-migration validation and functional verification.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for ongoing COE development.

Insurance Domain SME/ Senior Business Analyst

Role Summary

The Life Insurance SME provides business and functional expertise to ensure that the eBao / InsureMO platform is configured and customized according to operational and regulatory needs. The role works closely with FPT delivery teams, eBao specialists, and client-side business users to bridge functional understanding and ensure process alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse current and target-state business processes for Life Insurance operations.
  • Define business rules, workflows, and product structures for system configuration.
  • Collaborate with eBao and other partner teams to validate configurations.
  • Support requirement walkthroughs, test case reviews, and UAT execution.
  • (optional) Participate in data-migration validation and functional verification.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for ongoing COE development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8 + years in the Life Insurance domain (policy admin, claims, or product setup).
  • Experience working with insurance core or digital transformation projects.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of eBao / InsureMO platforms or similar product engines.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and documentation skills.
