Job description

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join Lenovo Malaysia’s Key Accounts Division, supporting the Australia Market.

The ISR will manage end-to-end sales engagement with key customers, focusing on uncovering opportunities, driving quotations and bid approvals, managing pipelines, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. This role is suited for a goal-oriented, proactive sales professional with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, articulate, and possesses strong communication and relationship-building skills, capable of upselling and cross-selling across Lenovo’s full range of products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification, quotation, and bid approval to order closure and delivery follow-up.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners across the Australia Key Accounts segment.

Proactively identify new opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Achieve assigned sales quotas and performance targets consistently.

Manage pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and timely CRM updates.

Collaborate closely with Client Managers, Channel Partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution.

Ensure excellent customer experience through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Participate in corporate initiatives, including weekly forecasts, performance reviews, and sales enablement programs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in IT or related industries, preferably in B2B or inside sales roles.

Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.

Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics365).

Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to perform under a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
