Job summary

What you'll be doing on the job
  • Prospect new leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and other lead-generation methods.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, timeline, and purchasing authority.
  • Research potential customers to understand their industry, challenges, and buying signals.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Use sales tools (CRM, email campaigns, etc.) to track and nurture leads.
  • Follow up with leads, ensuring timely responses and maintaining consistent communication.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects and answer questions about solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing, close deals, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Handle objections and overcome challenges to drive sales to completion.
