Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Windows & Linux infrastructure projects including server migrations and OS upgrades.
• Manage data migration initiatives including file systems and databases.
• Plan and execute cutover, rollback, and go-live strategies.
• Coordinate with Application, DBA, Storage, Network, Security teams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Ensure adherence to change management, ITIL, and security compliance.
• Work with vendors and third-party migration partners.
• Conduct UAT support, DR readiness, and post-migration validation.
• Handle stakeholder communication and executive reporting.

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager with strong exposure to Windows and Linux platforms and data migration projects. The role involves leading end-to-end infrastructure initiatives including server migrations, data center or cloud migrations, OS upgrades, and large-scale data movement with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Windows & Linux infrastructure projects, including:
  • Server migrations (physical → virtual, on-prem → cloud)
  • OS upgrades and platform refresh
• Manage data migration initiatives (file systems, databases, application data)
• Plan and execute cutover, rollback, and go-live strategies
• Coordinate with Application, DBA, Storage, Network, Security teams
• Manage project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting
• Ensure adherence to change management, ITIL, and security compliance
• Work with vendors and third‑party migration partners
• Conduct UAT support, DR readiness, and post‑migration validation
• Handle stakeholder communication and executive reporting

Infrastructure Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Windows Server & Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
• Experience with VMware / Hyper‑V
• Familiarity with cloud migrations (Azure / AWS)
• Knowledge of storage, backup, and DR concepts.
