Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Information Technology Help Desk specialist located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The IT Help Desk specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to employees, managing network administration, ensuring network security, and troubleshooting technical issues. On a day‑to‑day basis, the specialist will also handle customer service inquiries and provide timely solutions to IT‑related problems.
