Job summary

A local nursery and preschool in Selangor is looking for a caring and responsible Infant Nurse / Infant Caregiver to provide daily care for infants. The role involves attending to their needs, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and observing their development. We are seeking a caring and responsible Infant Nurse / Infant Caregiver to support the daily care of our youngest infants in a calm, safe, and nurturing environment. Training and guidance will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive daily care for infants, including feeding, diaper changing, soothing, and nap routines.
  • Follow individual infant care plans, milk schedules, and hygiene procedures.
  • Ensure infants’ safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times.
  • Support age-appropriate sensory activities and gentle stimulation.
  • Observe infants’ health and development and report any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the infant room, toys, and equipment.
  • Record daily care updates and communicate professionally with the team and parents.
Requirements
  • Caring, patient, and responsible personality.
  • Experience with young infants is an advantage, but not required.
  • Certificate/Diploma in Nursing, Childcare, or Early Childhood Education is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and follow school SOPs (training provided).
