Qualifications

A Diploma in Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical/Engineering/Mechanical.

The role requires strong project management, multitasking, effective team leadership, communication, meeting facilitation, problem-solving, creativity in implementing Kaizen projects, task scheduling, resource allocation, and time management skills.

Candidates must have expertise in fabrication techniques cutting, and assembly, familiarity with CAD software (especially SolidWorks), an understanding of layout design and new model setup processes, and experience in purchasing and sourcing materials for production.

The candidate should possess strong attention to detail, the ability to work under minimal supervision, and a commitment to safety protocols. Effective interpersonal skills are also essential for coordinating with cross‑functional teams and ensuring alignment on project goals.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and production efficiency methods is beneficial, along with a basic understanding of budgeting for fabrication projects. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and standards in a fabrication environment is also important.

Responsibilities

Set up & testing new automation machine for prod used.

Repair & maintenance all automation machine

Perform fabrication of production job requests, including lines, racks, tables, and other equipment. Design and implement production line structures to improve workflow and productivity.

Coordinate and manage improvement activities, implementing Kaizen projects to enhance production efficiency. Maintain records of project progress, materials used, and expenses, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.

Plan and execute new model setups according to layout requirements, ensuring accurate and timely installations. Conduct inspections of fabricated items to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Purchase and source necessary materials and equipment for production and new model projects. Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines and company standards.

Ensuring job assignment complete in time frame had been set.
