• Ensure timely attendance to all enquiries.
• Achieve sales targets as a master seller.
• Manage delivery schedules and coordinate with departments.
• Assist in payment collection for overdue accounts.
• Address customer enquiries regarding prices and delivery.

Job description

• To ensure that all enquiries are attended to in a timely manner.
• To ensure that the sales target is achieved.
• Must be a master seller.
• To ensure that all orders are delivered on schedule by communicating with the delivery department.
• To ensure that relevant Job Orders that include our outdoor Sales Team is attended to and followed up.
• Responsible for managing delivery schedules and to assign jobs to either the Project or Repair Department.
• To assist in payment collection from overdue payment of customers.
• Attend all enquiries from customers which includes pricing enquiry, technical specification, follow-up of order and delivery schedule.
• Assist Managing Director/Executive Director when required and needed.
