This full-time role is crucial in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth running of our operations. As an Indoor Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and customer service tasks that are essential to the success of our business.

What you'll be doing
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate customer data in our CRM system
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations and generating reports
  • Assisting with the processing of sales orders and ensuring timely order fulfilment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and queries
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
