A leading provider of tiles and stone surfaces in Malaysia is seeking an Indoor Sales Advisor in Kota Damansara and Kepong. Responsibilities include assisting walk-in customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets. The position offers a basic salary between RM2,200 and RM2,500, with an additional monthly commission of RM1,500 to RM3,000. Weekend and holiday work is required.

Currently, looking for a motivated Indoor Sales Advisor to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Help walk-in customers by recommending suitable products.
• Promote and confidently sell store items.
• Handle customer questions and complaints in a professional manner.
• Meet assigned sales targets.
• Stay updated on product info and highlight top sellers.
• Submit weekly reports to the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Open to working on weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent communication and sales abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Must be able to work 6-day work week (including weekends/Public Holidays). Rest day falls on Weekday.

Working Hours

• Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (all branches)
• Shift 2: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (selected branches only)

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,500
• Monthly Commission: RM1,500 – RM3,000 (average)
