Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years in inbound contact centre experience preferred.
• Scored minimum B for English and Math for SPM.
• No credit issues with banks/financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to support customers' inquiries for Singapore's products & services.
• No sales are required.

Skills

Excellent command of English

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia

Ability to handle high call volumes

Education
