Responsibilities

• Handle all legal tasks of the Company's Group.
• Draft and vet agreements for various transactions.
• Manage legal risk issues across the Company's Group.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations.
• Oversee litigation and coordinate with external counsels.
