Import & Export Executive/Senior Executive

We are seeking an Executive/Senior Executive (Import & Export Clearance) to manage and oversee end-to-end customs clearance processes. This role ensures timely and compliant import/export operations for our business in Malaysia and other regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and handle import & export documentation, including permits, declarations, and licenses.
  • Liaise with Customs, Port Authorities, MITI, forwarding agents, and relevant government agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian customs laws, HS codes, and trade regulations.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve clearance-related issues to avoid delays.
  • Maintain proper records and filing of shipping documents and approvals.
  • Supervise and guide junior staff (forSupervisorlevel).
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian customs procedures and international trade regulations.
