Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Implementation Consultant to work with clients on solutions for monday.com Work OS. You'll manage client needs, deliver customized workflows, and ensure successful onboarding while utilizing your technical skills in APIs and coding languages. Strong communication and project management abilities are essential. The position involves working Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, office-based with occasional client visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS implementation, consulting, or technical project management.
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST/GraphQL) and integration tools.
• Ability to code in Java/Python; React knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and project management capabilities.
• Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to analyze business processes and design solutions.
• Lead implementation projects, including workflows and integrations.
• Support pre-sales with demos and solution design.
• Conduct user training and drive adoption of the platform.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams for project delivery.
