As a Sales Executive at PureGen Water Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by identifying and engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions from our range of water filtration, water treatment products, systems, and water pumps. You will also manage existing customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities, develop robust sales pipeline, generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, industry events, conduct market research, present and demonstrate products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, understand customer requirements, handle inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales plans, prepare and deliver presentations, negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough understanding of products, stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with technical teams, provide regular reports and forecasts, participate in meetings and contribute to strategy development.
