Overview

Employment type: Full-time, Service Agreement for Remote, Employment Agreement if based in Malaysia.

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Promote the companys products and services through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct market research and share relevant insights to support client decision-making.
  • Assist clients with onboarding processes, including account setup and product usage.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales objectives and business growth targets.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
  • Represent the companys offerings to partners, affiliates, and prospective clients.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base and partner network.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and best practices.
