Overview
Employment type: Full-time, Service Agreement for Remote, Employment Agreement if based in Malaysia.
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Promote the companys products and services through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Conduct market research and share relevant insights to support client decision-making.
- Assist clients with onboarding processes, including account setup and product usage.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales objectives and business growth targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Represent the companys offerings to partners, affiliates, and prospective clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base and partner network.
- Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have FX industry experience in an IB Sales Manager or Business Development role
- Must be able to bring their own IB network, particularly within Southeast Asia / East Asia
- They need to have excellent USP (unique selling proposition) skills.
- Fluent Mandarin is a must; good English (B2) is acceptable
