We are looking for a results-driven and strategic IB Sales Manager fluent in Mandarin and English to join our international team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth, manage relationships with key clients, and make a direct impact on business success either remotely or based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

What you will do
  • Build and manage relationships with introducing brokers (IBs) and key partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire high-quality clients.
  • Monitor IB performance, provide guidance, and implement initiatives to improve results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and risk, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client onboarding.
  • Prepare reports and performance analytics to support decision-making and optimize business development efforts.
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to drive strategic growth.
Who you are
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, or relationship management in financial services or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote or office-based environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating with international teams in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
