Job description
Overview

Oversee service delivery and daily operations of the HR Service Delivery Center on-site, ensuring strict adherence to standards and procedures while improving operational efficiency; hold accountability for productivity outcomes.

Direct the transition of identified HR admin tasks to the HR Service Delivery Center.

Serve as a subject matter expert for HR lifecycle processes, providing guidance to enhance team quality and ensuring sufficient local HR service expertise within the HR Service Delivery Center.

Train and supervise the HR Service Delivery Center team in HR administration procedures; collaborate with other HR CoE’s (e.g., Talent Acquisition) to support with their requests.

Coach team members to achieve agreed-upon daily tasks and service levels, ensuring equitable distribution of workload.

Set priorities and schedule day-to-day operational activities.

Advise on new work methods and HR Service Delivery Center procedures; propose procedural changes to increase efficiency and oversee proper implementation of management decisions.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with HR Colleagues.

Serve as the first point of escalation, collaborating with teams and relevant parties to address incidents and escalations, agreeing on corrective and preventive actions, and implementing service improvement plans as required.

Would be responsible for implementing digital transformation initiatives within HR Service Delivery Center

Should be good with reporting and able to generate performance trends of the team.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience (e.g. HR- Operations, supervisory position, HR administration experience, service delivery, shared services) and 7 plus years of overall experience
  • Capability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in delivering effective presentations to the leadership team.
  • Demonstrate initiative, independence, and flexibility to improve processes.
  • Coordinating capacity.
