Randstad is partnering with a global advertising and marketing MNC with strong presence in APAC region. We are looking for a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join the expanding team, and be the strategic finance partner for our high-growth APAC markets.

About the Role

This is a pivotal, hands‑on role where you will be responsible for the communication of financial analysis, client profitability analysis, financial planning, and consolidation across the APAC region. You will directly influence data‑driven decisions and growth strategies for senior finance and business leadership.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Lead short‑and longer‑term financial planning processes across all APAC markets, including forecasting, reporting, and in‑depth monthly metrics analysis and tracking.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze and communicate key drivers behind forecast variances in each market segment. Provide insightful recommendations and data to support critical business decisions and strategies.
• Metric Development: Create and apply metrics and trends to rigorously monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, working with market leads to align performance with targets and growth strategies.
• Consolidation & Compliance: Collaborate closely with regional finance leads to ensure the timely submission of monthly closing results, rolling forecasts, and budgets.
• Process Excellence: Develop and maintain all FP&A reporting procedures and deliverables documentation, ensuring consistency in financial information recording across the region.

Requirements

• Proven 4 – 7 years of experience in a senior FP&A, financial analysis, or similar strategic finance role, preferably within a multinational or creative/technology environment.
• Expertise in financial planning processes, forecasting, and detailed financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling business communication for non‑finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams while driving initiatives independently.
