Randstad is partnering up with leading IT / Tech consulting company, we are seeking a highly capable Finance Manager to be our strategic business partner, playing a pivotal role in shaping our financial future and driving key business decisions.

This isn't just a reporting role-it's an opportunity to lead, strategize, and directly influence business outcomes. You'll be a key part of the management team, providing the financial insights needed to fuel our growth and optimize our performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Financial Strategy & Analysis: Be a strategic partner by developing and maintaining robust financial models to support business strategies. You'll lead annual budgeting, manage rolling forecasts, and conduct in-depth profitability and scenario analyses to identify opportunities and risks.

• Reporting & Compliance: You'll oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to the Group finance team. This includes coordinating all audit and tax activities, managing statutory filings, and strengthening internal controls to ensure full compliance and corporate governance.

• Cash Flow & Performance: Take charge of the company's financial health by accurately forecasting cash flow, managing working capital, and providing insightful analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team focused on efficiency and accuracy. You'll foster a high-performing culture, driving professional growth and continuous improvement.
