Responsibilities

• Planning & design of HVAC system.
• Brief customers on operation & maintenance of equipment.
• Attend to customer's calls and provide technical assistance.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Provide solutions related to HVAC matters.
• Ensure jobs are carried out in a timely manner.
• Provide customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints.
• Assist PM in managing HVAC projects.
• Travel to client site for on-site supervision.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & design of HVAC system (HVAC means Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning).
• Brief customers on the operation & maintenance of equipment after successful commissioning.
• Attend to customer's calls and provide technical assistance either at site or via phone.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance, service repair, troubleshooting, and installation of air conditioning equipment and systems such as Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), Air Cooled Split Units (ACSU), Pumps & Cooling Towers for customers.
• Provide solutions for customers related to HVAC matters.
• Ensure above jobs are carried out in accordance with instruction given and in a timely manner.
• Provide customer service to contract customer in order to maintain customer base and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide prompt response to customer complaints.
• Assisting PM in managing HVAC and clean room projects.
• Understand client’s requirement, managing overall task from proposing solution to site supervision (quotation, procurement, construction, commissioning, dealing with supplier & subcontractor).
• Travel to client site for on-site supervision (Shah Alam, Seremban).
