Job Description

As a Human Resource Executive, you will execute the day-to-day HR operations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that payroll, attendance management and necessary HR tasks and duties are completed at the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assist to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Payroll & Compensation.
  • Assist to oversee accurate and timely salary payments.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Assist to foster a positive work environment and address grievances professionally.
  • Assist to organize employee engagement activities and team-building programs.
  • Ensure HR policies are up to date and compliant with Malaysian labour laws, ISO standards, and company rules.
  • All HR Administrationtasks & necessary adhoc tasks as directed by superior.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee data.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human resources or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of Human Resourceexperience.
  • Must have basic Labor Law knowledge
  • Familiar with Microsoft Exceland strong passion and compliance to PDPA Act
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Speaking ,Writing,Reading) to handle employees and documentation
