We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Human Resources & Office Administrator to join our vibrant architecture firm, SPX Architects Sdn. Bhd. This full‑time role will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR and administrative duties to support our growing team.

The Human Resources & Office Administrator will manage HR functions while overseeing office administration and supporting studio operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a creative environment, is detail‑oriented, and can handle multiple responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resources
    • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding
    • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
    • Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management
    • Assist with performance reviews, training coordination, and staff development initiatives
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Office Administration
    • Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized, efficient workspace
    • Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers
    • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
    • Support project teams with administrative tasks and documentation
    • Assist with travel arrangements, events, and studio activities
  • General Support
    • Act as a point of contact for staff HR and administrative inquiries
    • Support leadership with reports, correspondence, and confidential matters
    • Help foster a positive, professional, and collaborative office culture
Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in HR and/or office administration (experience in architecture, design, or professional services is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
