Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, along with the ability to maintain relationships with government bodies. Job description

Responsible for managing overall daily Human Resources operations, both on-site and office, and ensuring targeted output and plans are achieved as set by the management, in line with the Company’s policies under the mentorship of the Head of the Department.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Human Resources with hands‑on working experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment, Industrial relationships, Immigration protocols, Employment Act, etc.
• Good relationship and familiarity with government bodies such as the Immigration, KDN, Labour Office, etc.
• Familiar with the recruitment process of bringing in foreign workers (Guest Workers)
• Willing to travel and ability to multi-task
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Required a minimum of 5 years of working experience as a HR Manager.
