Job summary

Human Resources Manager / Head of HR (Group Level)

We are looking for a hands‑on HR Manager / Head of HR to manage full‑spectrum HR functions at group level, covering multiple subsidiaries and entities. This role requires strong expertise in HR governance, staff disciplinary matters, payroll, statutory compliance, and HR process setup.

The successful candidate must be confident in handling complex employee relations cases and able to lead the HR function with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full set HR operations across group companies
  • Establish, implement, and standardise HR policies, SOPs, and processes
  • Handle staff disciplinary cases, including show‑cause letters, domestic inquiries, and terminations
  • Lead and supervise the HR team; delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely execution
  • Oversee monthly payroll for group companies and external payroll clients
  • Manage statutory submissions and reporting, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, CP22, CP22A, EA Forms and annual payroll reporting
  • Liaise with authorities, auditors, tax agents, and legal counsel when required
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably with group‑level or multi‑entity exposure
  • Strong hands‑on experience in staff disciplinary management, domestic inquiry, and termination cases
  • Proven experience in HR process setup and SOP development
  • Solid knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and statutory compliance
  • Hands‑on payroll and statutory reporting experience
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
