Job description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee human resources and administrative management, and establishes systems to support business operations and organizational goals.
  • Formulate human resources strategies, optimizing management systems (including recruitment, training, performance, and compensation), as well as reviewing, evaluating, and revising relevant policies.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, develop recruitment channels, control key links, and ensure the replenishment of key positions and the optimization of personnel structure.
  • Establish an employee training system, design hierarchical training content, track training effects, and improve employees' capabilities and job suitability.
  • Organize performance management work, promote the application of performance results, while managing compensation and benefits and controlling human resource costs.
  • Establish a positive corporate atmosphere and compliant labor discipline for the company, and supervise the implementation of daily personnel administrative work.
  • Oversee office operations, vendor coordination, and logistics support, formulate administrative policies, optimize processes, and control costs.
  • Promote corporate culture development, organize various employee activities, and provide administrative support for large-scale events to enhance team cohesion.
  • Be responsible for establishing external relationships such as government relations.
  • Be responsible for the management of daily IT work.
  • Manage the human resources and administration team, clarify work objectives, conduct training and performance evaluations, and oversee the development of team members.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the employer.
