Job Description

Human Resources Manager at myFirst Tech Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and supporting our employees' growth and development. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and improvise HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations.
  • Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage HR data and maintain accurate employee records using HRIS systems.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Handle regional HR responsibilities for subsidiaries in the US, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Japan, including ensuring compliance with local labor laws and cultural sensitivities.
  • Ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a 초기에? Wait: "startup or fast‑paced environment."
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in hiring expats and obtain relevant pass from MDEC is a plus.
  • Mandarin speaker is preferred as this position will need to liaise with HR team and HR director who is based in Shenzhen, China.
