  • Office & Facility Management: Oversee all aspects of the office environment, facilities, vendor management, and daily administrative operations to provide efficient, secure, and supportive logistics for the team.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: (If applicable) Guide, develop, and manage the performance of the local admin team, enhancing overall effectiveness and professional growth.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage the HR & Administration budget, optimizing resource allocation for cost efficiency.

  • Full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is essential. Must be able to seamlessly use both languages for communication, negotiation, and documentation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive HR generalist experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on office administration or operations management.
  • Prior experience in a standalone HR & Admin role within a multinational corporation's subsidiary or an international company is highly preferred.
  • In-depth, practical knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, employment practices, social security schemes, and commercial administrative procedures is a critical requirement.
Core Competencies

  • Administrative Acumen: Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills for office management. Excellent at multitasking and integrating resources.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Sharp awareness and rigorous implementation of local compliance requirements to effectively mitigate operational risks.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills and interpersonal sensitivity. Skilled at collaborating with diverse colleagues, senior management, and external partners.

  • A proactive problem-solver with strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly responsible and professional, meticulous, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
